For me, photography has always been a little romantic. There is something unforgettable about standing in a place I have never seen before — watching the light change, feeling the air, and wondering what might be waiting just beyond the next turn.

I photograph those moments because I know how quickly they pass. Through the lens, I am not simply recording what is in front of me — I am creating art from the light, the landscape, the emotion, and the story of that moment.

My hope is to bring home more than an image. I want to preserve a little of the wonder and feeling of being there, so that years from now, one photograph can take me, or someone else, right back to that place and make it feel new all over again.
